The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Director to oversee daily store operations and maintain operational standards
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Lead, train, and develop store team members; provide coaching to support their professional growth
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all departments and store hours
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and product displays to meet company standards
• Handle scheduling, staffing coverage, and address labor needs across all shifts
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support merchandising initiatives, seasonal promotions, and company-wide goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous retail management or supervisory leadership experience
• Demonstrated success driving sales, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory systems, and point-of-sale technology
• Customer service excellence and ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification a plus
