About the Role

As Assistant Manager In House Marketing I, you'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase bookings and enhance guest experiences. You'll partner with on-property and external marketing teams to execute campaigns that resonate with premium vacation travelers, working under the guidance of marketing leadership to amplify brand visibility and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with on-site marketing teams to develop property-focused marketing strategies
• Partner with off-property marketing teams and leadership to align campaigns and drive bookings
• Create and support distribution of marketing materials and promotional campaigns
• Research market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Track marketing performance metrics and report on campaign results
• Coordinate with resort departments to maintain brand consistency and guest communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
• Genuine interest in hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
