Manager, Organizational Effectiveness – US Based Remote

Anywhere Real Estate is hiring a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness to lead and optimize the People Enablement program office, driving organizational change and business impact from our Kansas City headquarters serving US-based remote and in-office teams.

What This Role Involves

You'll oversee the strategic program office that connects human resources initiatives to measurable business outcomes. This position bridges organizational development, project portfolio management, and people operations—ensuring that HR investments align with company priorities and deliver real, observable impact on how teams work and perform.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the organizational effectiveness program portfolio, prioritizing initiatives that directly improve business performance and employee enablement
• Guide cross-functional teams through organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or structures
• Design and implement more effective ways of working—streamlining workflows, improving collaboration, and enhancing operational efficiency
• Develop key performance measures and metrics that track the success and ROI of people enablement initiatives
• Lead project management discipline across the program office, keeping initiatives on track and aligned with business strategy
• Partner with HR, operations, and department leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for organizational improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, program management, or related HR/OD roles
• Strong portfolio and project management skills with ability to prioritize competing initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to design and lead organizational change initiatives
• Experience developing and tracking metrics that measure program impact and business value
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Ability to work independently in a remote role while collaborating effectively across distributed teams
