Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead – H&PS

Accenture is hiring a full-time Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead based in Grandview Heights, Franklin County. You'll join a strategic advisory team focused on delivering cloud-based human capital management solutions that integrate and optimize finance, analytics, planning, and HR operations for enterprise clients.

About the Role

In this leadership position, you'll drive Workday implementations and optimizations with a specific focus on time tracking, absence management, and scheduling functionality. As part of Accenture's professional services organization, you'll guide clients through their cloud-based HR transformation, ensuring systems are configured to meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with broader finance and reporting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday time tracking, absence management, and scheduling solutions
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and translate them into optimized system configurations
• Provide advisory guidance on cloud-based best practices and integration with finance, analytics, and planning modules
• Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure quality delivery through implementation phases
• Support post-implementation optimization, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to client teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Workday certification in Time Tracking, Absence Management, and/or Scheduling modules (required)
• Hands-on experience with Workday implementations or complex configurations in these functional areas
• Deep knowledge of HR processes, workforce management workflows, and reporting requirements
• Strong consulting and client advisory skills with ability to influence solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and lead within a team environment
