(USA) Carwash/Gas Attendant

Join Walmart as a Carwash/Gas Attendant at our Corpus Christi, Nueces County location and be part of a team that keeps our customers' vehicles clean and fueled up. This is a full-time position where you'll deliver friendly service, operate our carwash and fuel systems, and maintain our station's cleanliness and safety standards.

The Opportunity

As a Carwash/Gas Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Corpus Christi fuel and carwash station. You'll manage customer transactions, operate both the carwash and fuel dispensers, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. This role is essential to keeping our station running smoothly and maintaining Walmart's reputation for reliable service in the Nueces County community.

Core Duties

• Operate carwash equipment and fuel pumps safely and efficiently
• Process customer transactions and handle cash and card payments
• Greet customers, answer questions about carwash services, and provide clear instructions
• Monitor pump and carwash system performance and report mechanical issues immediately
• Maintain station cleanliness, including the carwash bay, fuel island areas, and customer-facing spaces
• Stock supplies and maintain adequate inventory of carwash tokens or payment systems
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve simple issues on the spot

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious approach to work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and company procedures
• No prior experience required — we'll train you
