The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the United States. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll drive data-informed decision-making across our world-class luxury yacht operations and guest services.
The Opportunity
As Senior Business Analyst at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, you'll occupy a critical role in translating complex operational and guest data into actionable business intelligence. You'll partner with leadership across departments to identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance the guest experience that defines our ultra-luxury brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that inform strategic and tactical decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and prioritize initiatives
- Conduct process improvement studies and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Support forecasting and budgeting activities using historical data and predictive analytics
- Document findings and present insights to senior leadership in clear, compelling formats
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related analytical role
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and SQL; experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities; capable of translating data insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury services, or operations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, mathematics, or related field
