Night Crew Part Time

Northeast Grocery is hiring a Night Crew member for full-time, evening and night shift work at our Brattleboro location in Windham County. Earning between $15.75 and $19.30 per hour, you'll be essential to keeping our store stocked, clean, and ready to serve customers when we need you most.

About This Position

Working as part of our Night Crew means you're the backbone of overnight operations at Northeast Grocery. During evening and night hours, you'll restock shelves, process incoming deliveries, and maintain the store environment so that morning shoppers arrive to a fully prepared, organized store. You'll combine physical work with attention to detail, ensuring our inventory is ready and our aisles are inviting.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate grocery merchandise throughout the store
• Unload delivery trucks and organize incoming inventory
• Keep sales floors, storerooms, and work areas clean and organized
• Apply pricing accurately to products and displays
• Address customer questions with courtesy when shopping during night hours
• Support team members and follow company procedures and safety standards

What We're Looking For

You're dependable and take ownership of your work. Physical demands don't phase you—you can stand, lift, and move throughout a shift. You work well with a team and take direction well. You appreciate clear processes and don't shy away from the details that make a store run smoothly. Previous grocery or retail experience is a plus but not required if you're willing to learn and committed to doing quality work.
