About This Position
This full-time entry-level real estate agent role offers new professionals the foundation required to succeed in residential real estate sales. You'll work directly with experienced agents and receive training on market dynamics, client relations, and transaction management. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct property showings with prospective buyers and sellers
- Research current market listings, pricing trends, and neighborhood data in Hillsborough County
- Prepare and present comparative market analyses to clients
- Negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, and contract terms
- Develop and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
