About the Role

As a Team Member at Circle K Stores in Rutland, you'll work a part-time schedule with flexibility across weekdays and weekends. You'll be the friendly face at our convenience store, helping customers find what they need while maintaining a clean, organized store environment that customers love to visit.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm and provide helpful, efficient service at every interaction
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, processing customer transactions and payment methods
• Maintain store displays, shelving, and cleanliness standards throughout your shift
• Stock inventory and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability for customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth store operations
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality and safety
