About the Role
This full-time Production Machine Operator position is based in Carrollton, TX and offers 1st and 2nd shift availability. You'll be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment where your technical skills and attention to safety make a direct impact on product quality and on-time delivery. The pay range for this role is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What You'll Do
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment to blend ingredients and create compounds for further processing
- Monitor production output and machine performance in real time, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning to keep machinery in optimal working condition
- Troubleshoot operational issues and alert supervisors to any equipment malfunction or safety concerns
- Follow established safety procedures, production schedules, and company protocols at all times
- Record production metrics and document any incidents or maintenance performed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating production machinery or a demonstrated willingness to learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and communicate problems clearly
- Reliable, safety-conscious mindset with understanding of OSHA and general workplace safety practices
- Capability to work 1st or 2nd shift schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant technical training is a plus
