The Opportunity
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll transform how potential residents experience our community from their very first interaction. Your genuine enthusiasm for connecting people with their next great home will directly impact both occupancy levels and the reputation we build in our market.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive property tours that highlight our community's unique amenities and lifestyle features
- Answer prospective residents' questions about lease terms, floor plans, pricing, and move-in processes
- Guide applicants through the complete leasing workflow from initial inquiry to lease execution
- Follow up with prospects to address concerns and encourage lease signings
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and applicant information
- Coordinate with management on move-in schedules and resident transitions
- Build positive relationships that foster strong community reputation and resident satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar people-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to explain lease agreements and complex information clearly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to master property management software
- Genuine interest in helping others and building lasting relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant professional experience)
