About the Role
As a Quality Inspector III (1st Shift), you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality at our Phoenix East facility. This is a hands-on position where your expertise and attention to detail directly impact the reliability of components used across the semiconductor industry. Working the 1st shift, you'll be part of a skilled team committed to continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products and components against established quality standards and technical specifications
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances requiring corrective action
- Measure and verify dimensions using precision inspection equipment and tools
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
- Report findings to production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement

- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues
Qualifications
- Experience as a Quality Inspector, quality control technician, or equivalent role in manufacturing
