About the Role

As a Tutor at BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care in Richmond, you'll provide individualized and small-group instruction to young children, helping them develop foundational academic skills and a love for learning. Working alongside our dedicated teaching staff, you'll create engaging learning experiences tailored to each child's developmental stage and learning style.

What You'll Do

• Deliver tutoring sessions in literacy, numeracy, and other core learning areas
• Assess children's progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to reinforce classroom learning goals
• Create a supportive, encouraging environment where children feel confident to explore and learn
