The Opportunity

As a Les Mills Group Exercise Instructor at Central Rock Gym, you'll deliver dynamic, professionally structured classes that motivate members to build lasting fitness habits and achieve their personal goals. This part-time position offers the chance to share your passion for group fitness while becoming a valued member of our welcoming, community-focused gym environment. You'll be the energy in the room—leading classes with enthusiasm, expertise, and the proven Les Mills methodology that members trust and love.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Teach high-energy Les Mills group fitness classes including BodyPump, Core, Pilates, and other formats according to professional programming standards
• Engage with members before and after class to understand their fitness goals and provide ongoing motivation
• Maintain current Les Mills certifications and stay informed about training updates and methodology enhancements
• Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that encourages both new and returning members to feel confident
• Coordinate with gym management to ensure classes run on schedule and meet operational standards
• Provide exercise modifications for varying fitness levels and abilities within each class

What We're Looking For

• Current Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor certification (BodyPump, Core, Pilates, or related formats required)
• Demonstrated experience leading group fitness classes in a gym or fitness studio environment
• Strong communication and motivational ability to inspire participants of all fitness levels
• Reliable commitment to scheduled class times and professional conduct
• Genuine passion for fitness and helping others achieve sustainable health goals
• Ability to foster an energetic, supportive, and inclusive class experience
