About the Role

As Manager of Global Brand Experience and Events at PVH, you'll own the strategy, planning, and execution of flagship brand experiences and events that strengthen consumer connections and elevate the brand globally. Your work spans concept development through on-ground delivery, bringing the brand story to life in ways that matter to both internal teams and customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated event strategies that align with global brand objectives and drive measurable business outcomes
• Lead cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, operations, and external partners to deliver flawless brand experiences
• Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics across multiple markets and event types—from consumer activations to retail partnerships
• Coordinate with regional and international stakeholders to adapt global concepts to local markets while maintaining brand consistency
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and quality standards to ensure every experience reflects brand excellence
• Measure and report on event impact through data analysis and stakeholder insights to inform future strategy

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing brand experiences, events, or related marketing functions
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, global environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex initiatives
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with event budgeting, logistics, and vendor management
• Passion for brand storytelling and creating memorable consumer experiences
