• Maintain food quality standards and food safety compliance throughout service
• Coordinate team activities during peak and off-peak hours to optimize efficiency
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Contribute to restaurant cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operating procedures
• Support training initiatives and help develop team member skills
