About the Role

As a Slot Technician at Caesars Entertainment, you'll be the technical backbone of our gaming floor operations. You'll diagnose and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance on slot machines, and collaborate with our gaming team to keep the floor running seamlessly. Your work ensures guests enjoy a consistent, high-quality gaming experience while maintaining full compliance with gaming regulations and safety standards.

Core Duties

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic gaming devices and slot machines
• Monitor machine operations and performance on the gaming floor
• Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and preventive maintenance on gaming equipment
• Assist guests and floor staff with machine-related inquiries and technical concerns
• Transport and install slot machines and related equipment as needed
• Test machines to verify proper functionality and compliance
• Document maintenance activities and repair work in company systems
• Work closely with gaming floor management and other departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with electronic gaming devices, slot machines, or similar equipment repair
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move gaming equipment
• Understanding of gaming floor safety and regulatory compliance
• Reliable, detail-oriented approach to work and maintenance tasks
• Valid identification and ability to pass background screening
