What You'll Do
- Answer guest inquiries with knowledge and courtesy, providing detailed information about casino amenities, events, and services
- Process and coordinate reservation requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Support Casino Marketing Teams with guest coordination, feedback collection, and promotional activity management
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences in our systems
- Handle multiple incoming calls efficiently while managing competing priorities in a call center setting
- Project a warm, gracious image that reflects Caesars Entertainment's commitment to hospitality
- Collaborate with fellow team members and departments to resolve guest needs
