What You'll Do

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout lanes
• Greet and engage shoppers warmly to create a positive shopping experience
• Scan items, handle multiple payment methods, and process returns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and monitor store surroundings for safety concerns
• Support overall store cleanliness and identify stocking needs throughout shifts
• Embody Kroger Family of Companies values of respect, honesty, diversity, and safety in every customer interaction
• Follow company policies, including loss prevention and customer service standards
