What You'll Do
- Manage patient scheduling, confirming appointments and optimizing the clinician calendar
- Greet patients, check them in, and maintain accurate patient intake documentation

- Coordinate with clinicians to ensure treatment plans and patient records are complete and organized
- Support billing and insurance inquiries within clinic guidelines
- Maintain a welcoming, professional clinic environment
