Position Summary

As a Bakery/Deli Clerk at Kroger, you'll deliver outstanding service while supporting daily bakery and deli operations in one of America's most trusted grocery chains. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers at the deli and bakery counter
• Slice, portion, and package deli meats, cheeses, and prepared items per customer request
• Stock and rotate fresh baked goods and prepared foods, ensuring availability and quality
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, equipment, display cases, and counters throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols consistently
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle customer transactions
• Assist the department manager in reaching sales goals and monitoring inventory
• Support team members and collaborate to maintain a positive work environment
