What This Role Involves

As Senior Station Manager, you'll oversee the complete operations and strategic direction of an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station. Your responsibilities span financial stewardship, team development, and day-to-day operational excellence. You're expected to be flexible regarding work location within a 50-mile radius of the San Diego area, reflecting the geographic needs of our logistics network.

Core Duties

• Manage the full budget and financial performance metrics for your delivery station
• Lead and direct a team of Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Shift Managers
• Drive performance accountability across all operational teams
• Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and targeted feedback
• Ensure operational standards and safety protocols are met consistently
• Build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline within your station
• Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic growth and efficiency initiatives
