ManpowerGroup is hiring a Fruit Cutter Specialist in Moonshine Hill, Houston to support a leading food service operation providing fresh produce to fruit and sushi bars nationwide. This full-time position offers an immediate opportunity to join a dynamic food preparation team.

About This Position

We are seeking an experienced Fruit Cutter Specialist to join our client's fast-paced food service environment. This role is based in the Moonshine Hill area of Houston and involves working with fresh, high-quality produce in a professional kitchen setting. The position is available for a 2–3 week initial assignment, with the possibility of extension based on operational demand.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Wash, inspect, and prepare fresh fruit and vegetables to exacting food safety standards
• Cut, portion, and slice produce using proper technique and sharp tools
• Package prepared items for delivery to client locations
• Maintain consistent quality, freshness, and presentation throughout your shift
• Follow proper storage, labeling, and rotation protocols to ensure product integrity
• Work efficiently within production schedules and team coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience cutting and preparing fresh fruit and vegetables
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive cutting motions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to follow instructions
• Basic English communication sufficient for workplace safety and teamwork
