Your Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and route them through our distribution system to meet delivery timelines
  • Respond to customer inquiries with product availability, pricing, and specification information

  • Maintain organized records of customer accounts, orders, and transactions in our systems
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to track order status and resolve delays
  • Generate reports and documentation that help the sales team monitor performance and customer needs
  • Support special projects and initiatives that strengthen our customer relationships
