The Opportunity

As a Universal Banker at First Horizon Bank in Venice, you'll be at the center of customer-focused banking. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and small business owners discover financial solutions that match their unique needs. Working Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:15 AM to 6:30 PM, you'll engage with both new prospects and existing customers to deepen relationships and expand the bank's footprint in the Sarasota County community.

Core Duties

• Execute daily financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency in a busy retail banking setting
• Open new deposit and loan accounts while ensuring full compliance with bank procedures
• Proactively identify and present relevant bank products and services to prospects and customers
• Deliver personalized recommendations based on individual financial goals and circumstances
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive, professional service
• Meet activity and performance metrics in line with departmental standards
