About the Role

In this hands-on leadership position, you'll operate and troubleshoot point-of-sale systems, process cash and payment transactions accurately, and oversee crew members during your shifts. You'll maintain a clean, efficient cashier station, execute opening and closing routines, and uphold food safety and company standards. Your leadership ensures a smooth flow during peak hours and sets the tone for excellent guest experiences across the Popeyes counter.

What You'll Do

• Supervise cashiers and crew members, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and deposit procedures with accuracy
• Operate point-of-sale and register systems efficiently
• Process orders, serve guests, and handle inquiries with professionalism
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management
• Open and close the Popeyes station, including equipment checks and cleaning
• Support food preparation as needed and maintain health and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in cashiering or point-of-sale operations
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Reliability and flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is a plus
