As a part-time Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you'll be central to the shopping experience in Gambrills. You'll welcome every guest with genuine warmth and help them find exactly what they need to look and feel their best. Your expertise in beauty products—from skincare to makeup to fragrance—makes the difference in their purchasing decisions.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and assess their beauty needs through attentive listening
• Recommend products across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care based on individual preferences and skin types
• Demonstrate product application techniques and share personalized tips to build customer confidence
• Build genuine customer relationships and remember preferences to enhance their future visits
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Maintain an inviting, organized sales floor and refresh product displays regularly
• Support inventory management and assist with product stocking
• Stay informed about new brands, products, and beauty trends to offer knowledgeable guidance
