Position Summary

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Provide mobility support and safe transfer assistance as needed
- Help with medication reminders and meal preparation support
- Maintain a safe, clean home environment for clients
- Develop and sustain supportive relationships with the people you serve
- Document care activities and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Respond to client needs throughout your shift with attentiveness and compassion
