About This Position
We're seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Technician – Revit professional to join our team in Washington, D.C. You'll play a central role in producing technical drawings, coordinating building information models, and supporting our architects and engineers on a variety of built-environment projects. Your expertise with Revit will be essential as we deliver comprehensive design and construction coordination services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine architectural drawings and building information models using Revit
- Coordinate across design disciplines to ensure BIM accuracy and consistency
- Support scan-to-BIM workflows and leverage 3D laser scanning data
- Prepare construction documentation and coordination plans
- Communicate technical information to project teams and clients
- Contribute to multifamily residential and other diverse project types
