About the Role

In this sourcing specialist role supporting SpaceX's Starlink division, you'll guide procurement strategy and vendor relationships. Starlink delivers satellite-based internet access globally, and your expertise in contracts and sourcing will be instrumental to the supply chain supporting this expanding network.

What You'll Do

• Source, qualify, and onboard suppliers that meet SpaceX's technical and commercial requirements
• Negotiate supplier contracts, managing commercial terms, lead times, and cost structures
• Oversee supplier performance and maintain productive long-term vendor partnerships
• Partner with engineering, program management, and operations to define sourcing requirements
• Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation
• Monitor market conditions and identify cost optimization opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional sourcing, procurement, or contracts experience in engineering or manufacturing sectors
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple active supplier relationships and vendor evaluations
• Strong analytical skills for cost assessment and competitive bid evaluation
• Proficiency with procurement platforms and Excel-based analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong organizational skills and attention to contract accuracy and detail
