Experience Designer | Product & Conversation Design – Sr. Analyst

Accenture Song is seeking an Experience Designer focused on Product & Conversation Design to join our team in Grandview Heights, Franklin County as a Senior Analyst. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape how customers interact with innovative digital products and services.

About the Role

As an Experience Designer specializing in product and conversation design, you'll create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that drive real business value. At Accenture Song, experience design is central to how we help clients compete and thrive in today's digital landscape. In this role, you'll design across multiple touchpoints and channels, working with product teams and stakeholders to transform customer needs into elegant, effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products and conversational interfaces
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design direction
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to refine and validate designs
• Iterate designs based on user testing, feedback, and performance insights
• Document design systems, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency
• Contribute to strategic discovery and research that informs product vision and roadmap decisions

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing digital products or conversational interfaces
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms
• Strong background in UX/UI principles, user research methods, and design thinking
• Experience designing AI-driven chat interfaces or conversational AI applications
• Ability to articulate and communicate design ideas effectively to cross-functional teams
• Portfolio demonstrating previous experience design work and your design methodology
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail
