About the Role
As a Greeter at our Kahului airport location, you'll be essential to our operations, greeting customers with genuine warmth and guiding them smoothly through the start of their rental experience. You'll facilitate efficient, friendly interactions that help customers feel valued from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do
- Greet arriving customers with professionalism and authentic warmth
- Welcome customers and direct them through the rental process
- Assist with initial paperwork and information gathering
- Support efficient transactions and smooth customer flow
- Answer questions about rental options and procedures
- Maintain a welcoming, organized location environment
- Provide support during peak travel times at the airport
- Ensure every customer receives attentive, quality service
