The Opportunity

Live Nation Concerts is seeking an analytical real estate professional to support the identification, evaluation, and development of venue and entertainment properties across North America. You'll play a key role in assessing potential concert and live performance venues, analyzing site viability, and providing data-driven insights that inform strategic investment and expansion decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the world's largest live entertainment platforms while building expertise in venue development and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site analysis and market research to evaluate potential venue locations and development opportunities
• Perform financial modeling and feasibility assessments for real estate acquisitions and venue improvements
• Gather and synthesize market data, demographic information, and competitive intelligence to support project evaluation
• Collaborate with development, operations, and strategy teams to assess property suitability and growth potential
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to summarize findings and recommendations
• Participate in site visits and property assessments to evaluate physical and operational characteristics
• Track and manage project timelines and coordinate due diligence efforts across internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, economics, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate analysis, development, finance, or related roles
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings to senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to accuracy and completeness
• Interest in or familiarity with the live entertainment, hospitality, or venue management industries
