What This Role Involves

As an Opening Crew Team Member, you'll arrive early to prepare our restaurant for the day ahead. You'll work as part of a dedicated opening crew in a fast-paced restaurant environment, handling food preparation, equipment setup, and customer service from the moment we open. This role is essential to our daily success and requires focus, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness.

Your Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for your 4am opening shift and complete opening procedures including equipment startup and facility preparation
• Prepare food items according to McDonald's standards and recipes, maintaining portion control and quality
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, following all food safety and health protocols
• Operate restaurant equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist customers with orders and provide friendly, responsive service
• Work collaboratively with your opening crew team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times
