Assistant Community Director

ConcordRENTS is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Director to join our team in Orlando, Orange County, Florida. About the Role

As Assistant Community Director at ConcordRENTS, you'll work alongside our Community Director to enhance resident satisfaction and maintain thriving communities. Your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence will directly impact daily operations and the quality of life for our residents across our Orlando properties.

What You'll Do

• Support leasing activities, including scheduling property tours, qualifying prospects, and closing lease agreements
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents through responsive communication and attentive problem-solving
• Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address resident requests and ensure prompt property care
• Organize and execute community events and resident engagement activities that foster belonging
• Manage administrative responsibilities including rent collection communication, lease renewal outreach, and documentation
• Assist in property inspections and coordinate upkeep initiatives
• Serve as a welcoming, professional presence at the leasing office and community spaces

What We're Looking For

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated customer service experience in residential, hospitality, or related environments
• Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Competency with property management software and standard office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; property management or real estate experience is valued
• Availability to work full-time hours, which may include weekend and evening community presence
• Genuine enthusiasm for serving diverse communities and fostering inclusive environments
