As an Auto Body Technician at Caliber Holdings, you'll be essential to our mission of helping customers recover from vehicle collisions and accidents. What You'll Do

• Assess and diagnose collision damage using structural analysis and diagnostic systems
• Perform metal straightening, welding, and structural repairs on vehicle frames and bodies
• Operate advanced equipment including frame measurement systems and modern repair tools
• Prepare damaged areas for painting and handle finishing work to specification
• Document repair processes, track work completion, and communicate with management
• Maintain safety standards and keep the work area organized and efficient
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet quality and timeline goals

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar collision repair role
• Solid understanding of vehicle construction, frame alignment, and repair techniques
• Proficiency with auto body tools, welding equipment, and modern diagnostic technology
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Reliable, safety-conscious approach to the job
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate vehicles
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
