Consulting: Principal, Analytics Consultant

Marketbridge is hiring a Principal Analytics Consultant for our Bethesda, Montgomery County office. In this full-time leadership role, you'll design measurement strategies and guide enterprise clients through complex analytics challenges, bringing data-driven insight to unified Go-to-Market systems that span strategy, AI, creativity, and activation.

About the Role

As Principal Analytics Consultant, you'll lead analytics engagements for B2B brands ranging from Fortune 1000 enterprises to high-growth venture-backed companies. You'll synthesize client data and market intelligence into strategic recommendations, architect measurement frameworks that connect business outcomes to go-to-market execution, and mentor junior consultants across Marketbridge's 350-person team serving North America and Europe.

What You'll Do

• Direct analytics consulting projects for clients in technology, financial services, healthcare, and industrial sectors
• Build comprehensive measurement and attribution frameworks aligned with client strategy and business objectives
• Conduct deep data analysis and market research to identify insights and optimization opportunities
• Develop analytics roadmaps and strategic recommendations presented to executive stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with strategy, creative, and activation groups to ensure measurement integration
• Coach and develop analytics talent, building practice expertise and client delivery capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of analytics, marketing measurement, or business consulting experience with enterprise clients
• Demonstrated expertise in measurement frameworks, marketing mix modeling, attribution analysis, or related disciplines
• Proficiency with analytics platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into clear strategic recommendations for C-level audiences
• Leadership experience in mentoring teams and managing client relationships at principal or director level
• Strong analytical thinking combined with business acumen and communication excellence
