About the Role

As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Life Sciences at Datavant, you'll own the marketing strategy that connects our data collaboration capabilities with the strategic priorities of pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, contract research organizations, and healthcare researchers. You'll be the voice translating complex healthcare data technology into compelling value propositions that resonate with decision-makers and practitioners alike.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for life sciences products and features, from positioning and messaging to launch campaigns
• Craft customer-focused content and case studies that demonstrate how our data collaboration platform solves critical challenges in pharmaceutical development, clinical trials, and real-world evidence generation
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand market needs and translate them into clear, differentiated market positioning
• Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the life sciences and healthcare data sectors
• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives including strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry analysts, and thought leaders in the life sciences community

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, B2B SaaS, or data technology sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in positioning complex enterprise technology for technical and executive audiences
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry, pharmaceutical development processes, and healthcare regulations
• Proven ability to develop market strategies, launch products, and drive demand through marketing campaigns
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear market narratives
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams in fast-moving environments
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
