BKF is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our full-time team in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County. We're looking for a motivated professional ready to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive results, working alongside engineers, marketers, and strategic planners to bring ideas to life.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of marketing projects from conception through delivery. You'll be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with our audiences, while maintaining the organizational discipline and attention to detail that ensures every piece meets quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional strategies across multiple channels
• Create persuasive copy and marketing collateral that effectively communicates our value proposition
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and planning staff to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform campaign direction
• Manage timelines and coordinate deliverables to meet project deadlines consistently
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
• Support brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials
