What You'll Do
- Partner with organizational leaders to understand current and future talent needs
- Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for assigned positions and business units
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
- Build and nurture employer brand to attract top talent
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness
- Develop workforce planning strategies to address long-term talent requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment business partnering
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop and execute multi-faceted recruitment strategies
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and market trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
