About the Role
As a Stocking Team Associate at our Payson location, you'll be a vital part of our logistics and merchandise operations. This is a full-time hourly position offering competitive compensation between $17 and $30 per hour, based on your experience and applicable market conditions. Your compensation is subject to all applicable minimum wage requirements and includes opportunities for performance-based incentives and shift differentials where applicable.
What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise shipments in the warehouse
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with products following company standards and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts
- Handle products with care to minimize damage and waste
- Keep the warehouse and sales floor organized, clean, and safe
- Work alongside team members to meet daily stocking and fulfillment targets
- Support broader warehouse and retail operations as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and stack products regularly
- Strong attendance record and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teammates
- Basic math skills and careful attention to detail
- Willingness to learn warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
- Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is welcome but not required
