Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced CDL A Delivery Driver to join our team in Broadus. As a delivery driver for US Foods, you'll transport food and foodservice products to our customers throughout the region, playing a vital role in keeping restaurants, schools, and foodservice operations running smoothly. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle to transport food and foodservice products to customer locations
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and organization within the truck
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each stop
- Inspect your vehicle before and after each shift to ensure safe operating condition
- Interact professionally with customers and represent US Foods, Inc. in the community
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
What We're Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
- Proven experience operating commercial delivery vehicles
- Clean driving record that meets DOT requirements
- Ability to lift and handle heavy product regularly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
