Consulting Sales Manager – Financial Services

Oracle seeks an experienced Consulting Sales Manager to develop and expand relationships with financial institutions across North America. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bismarck, Burleigh County, focused on selling enterprise consulting services within banking, lending, leasing, risk and compliance analytics, and insurance sectors.

About the Role

As Consulting Sales Manager for Financial Services, you'll drive revenue growth by positioning Oracle's consulting expertise to senior decision-makers at banks, credit unions, and insurance organizations. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification through contract closure—while building strategic partnerships that extend beyond individual transactions.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with financial services organizations throughout North America
• Lead consultative selling conversations with C-suite and department heads at banking and lending institutions
• Understand client challenges in risk compliance, analytics, and lending operations to recommend tailored consulting solutions
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities at appropriate deal stages
• Collaborate with Oracle's consulting and delivery teams to craft credible, winning proposals
• Close strategic consulting services engagements and exceed revenue targets
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record selling enterprise services, consulting, or technology solutions to financial services clients
• Deep understanding of banking, lending, leasing, insurance, or risk and compliance operations
• Consultative sales approach with ability to diagnose customer needs and position solutions strategically
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and navigate complex deal structures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline with accountability for revenue targets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, finance, or related field
