About the Role
As a Consulting Manager in Sourcing & Procurement, you'll lead complex advisory engagements that combine functional consulting, data analytics, and digital transformation. You'll partner with enterprise clients to identify sourcing opportunities, optimize procurement processes, and build resilient supply networks. Your expertise will guide clients through advanced analytics, digital platforms, and emerging technologies—including generative AI and agentic planning solutions—to drive competitive advantage and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive sourcing and procurement strategies tailored to utilities industry dynamics
- Lead client engagements to identify cost optimization, supplier performance, and supply chain risk mitigation opportunities
- Design and execute procurement transformation roadmaps leveraging data analytics and digital capabilities
- Apply advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and innovative planning methodologies to solve complex supply chain challenges
- Guide and mentor engagement teams while managing strategic client relationships and expectations
- Contribute thought leadership and innovative solutions across the supply chain practice
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in supply chain consulting, strategic sourcing, or procurement management
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor strategy, procurement process design, and supplier optimization
- Strong proficiency with data analytics, business intelligence tools, and digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills with proven client influence
- Experience in the utilities, energy, or related infrastructure sectors strongly preferred
- Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or related discipline
