Join Evolver Federal as a Senior General Paralegal in Washington, D.C. We're seeking an experienced paralegal professional to provide critical legal support to our cybersecurity and digital transformation practice, serving national defense, federal agencies, and major enterprises across the country.
About the Role
As Senior General Paralegal at Evolver Federal, you'll be a trusted member of our legal team, managing complex paralegal functions across corporate, compliance, and contract-related matters. You'll work at a fast-paced federal contractor where legal acumen directly supports our mission to secure critical infrastructure and modernize enterprise technology for government and Fortune 500 clients. This is a full-time position based in our Washington, D.C. office.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, statements of work, and legal documents for federal and commercial engagements
- Provide legal research and analysis to support attorneys on regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters
- Maintain legal files, documentation systems, and ensure compliance with document retention policies
- Coordinate with internal teams—business development, operations, finance—on legal requirements and risk mitigation
- Draft correspondence, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents as directed
- Assist with contract negotiations, vendor management, and subcontractor oversight
- Support compliance initiatives, audit preparation, and regulatory filings
- Handle general office management and administrative duties within the legal department
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate law, government contracting, or federal agency setting
- Strong proficiency in legal research, contract analysis, and document preparation
- Familiarity with federal regulations, compliance frameworks, and procurement law a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Proficiency with legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
- Degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Top Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance is advantageous
