About the Role
As our Night Auditor, you'll be the point person ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction from evening through early morning. This is a full-time, third-shift position critical to our property's daily success.
What You'll Do
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct end-of-day financial audits, reconcile guest folios, and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
- Monitor and secure the lobby, front entrance, and guest-accessible areas throughout your shift
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and service issues, resolving matters independently or escalating as needed
- Manage incoming calls, reservations, and guest communications with attention to detail
- Prepare detailed night audit reports documenting transactions, occupancy, and operational notes for day management
- Perform hourly property rounds to verify security and guest safety
- Maintain front office systems, including the property management system, and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams on overnight priorities
