Position Summary
As Account Manager II at Wise Snacks, you'll be responsible for developing and expanding our ACF&S business within a portfolio of large, strategic accounts. You'll take the lead on managing relationships worth over $10M while collaborating with operations and marketing to execute growth initiatives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on account management—partnering with our internal teams to ensure customer success and company profitability.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow ACF&S business within assigned key accounts valued at $10M or more
- Partner with the operations team to plan account strategies and oversee execution of customer commitments
- Develop and implement marketing programs designed to boost customer sales and engagement
- Monitor and optimize account metrics, including PPA, to ensure growth targets are met while maintaining profitability
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at customer organizations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, with a track record of managing large enterprise accounts
- Understanding of how to balance revenue growth with operational efficiency and profitability
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and customer service
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess account performance and identify opportunities
