Join Propak Logistics as a Pallet Builder - PLA - 2nd Shift, working full-time in our Hutchins, Dallas facility. This is a hands-on production role where you'll build, remanufacture, and assemble pallets that keep our supply chain moving.
About the Role
As a Pallet Builder at Propak Logistics, you'll perform essential production work building and rebuilding pallets to exact specifications and quality standards. Operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll work the 2nd shift and use a combination of power tools, hand tools, and production equipment to construct new pallets and remanufacture existing ones with precision and care.
What You'll Do
- Assemble pallets according to production specifications and customer requirements
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Remanufacture and rebuild pallets meeting company quality standards
- Perform combo builds and new-build pallet construction
- Maintain a safe, organized work area on the production floor
- Meet production quotas while maintaining safety and quality
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform fast-paced, hands-on work in a warehouse setting
- Comfort using power tools and hand tools safely
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and work with pallet materials
