Road Supervisor

About the Role

As a Road Supervisor with MV Transportation, you will serve as the on-the-ground presence overseeing service in the field. Working from Bicentennial in Los Angeles County, you will ensure that street-level operations consistently meet client expectations, internal operational standards, and safety department requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor street operations to confirm they align with client, operational, and safety guidelines.
• Perform regular site checks and field inspections to verify service quality and compliance.
• Respond to situations in the field and support frontline staff to maintain reliable, on-time service.
• Promote and reinforce safe practices across all daily transit operations.
• Document observations and report findings to operations and safety leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of transportation or transit field operations and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail with the ability to conduct thorough site checks and inspections.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills for coordinating with clients, staff, and leadership.
• Comfortable working in an active, on-site role based in Bicentennial, Los Angeles County.
• Availability for a full-time, on-location schedule (this position is not remote).
