About the Role

As a Road Supervisor with MV Transportation, you will oversee transit operations on the road throughout Echo Park and the surrounding Los Angeles County area. Working closely with the operations and safety teams, you will make sure that day-to-day service consistently meets client expectations, company standards, and all safety requirements. This is a hands-on, on-site position for someone who enjoys problem-solving in real time and supporting frontline operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor street and route operations to ensure they align with client, operational, and safety guidelines.
• Perform field site checks and respond to situations as they arise across the service area.
• Support operators and frontline staff while reinforcing safe driving and service practices.
• Coordinate with the operations and safety departments to address issues and maintain reliable performance.
• Help uphold compliance with company policies and applicable transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• Background in transit, transportation, fleet, or a comparable operations environment.
• Strong attention to safety, compliance, and consistent service delivery.
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly while working independently in the field.
• Clear communication and people skills for guiding and supporting operators.
• Willingness to work on-site in Echo Park and travel across Los Angeles County as the role requires.
